Udupi, March 01: A total of 16 people came to the coronation district in the district on Sunday. District Health and Family Welfare Director Sudheerchandra Suda said that 12 people were cured during the day, while the number of people treated for the infection increased to 73.
Seven of the positives today are men and the remaining 9 are women. Of these, 10 are from Udupi taluk, two from Kundapur and four from Karkala taluk. 13 are undergoing treatment for home isolation. The number of people recovering from coronavirus in the district has now risen to 23,348 with 12 people recovering from the infection on Saturday.
