ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆನ್ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಎಂಟನೇ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದಗ್ ಸೇರ್ಸಾವುನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡತೊಂದೇ ಉಂಡು. ಅಂಚ ಪಂದ್ ನಮ ಅಯಿಟ್ ಸೀಮಿತ ಆವಂದೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷೆ, ಮೂಲ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿನ್ ಒರಿಪಾವುನ ಬಗೆಟ್ ಬೇಲೆ ಮಲ್ಪೊಡು ಪಂದ್ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದ ಧರ್ಮಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ಡಿ ವೀರೇಂದ್ರ ಹೆಗ್ಗಡೆ ಪಂಡೆರ್.

ಕುಡ್ಲ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಶ್ರೀ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಮಂಜುನಾಥೇಶ್ವರ ತುಳು ಪೀಠ, ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ ಸಂಧ್ಯಾ ಕಾಲೇಜ್‌ದ ತುಳು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುತಾಲಿಕೆಡ್ ನಡತೊಂದು ಇತ್ತಿನ ತುಳು ವೆಬಿನಾರ್ ದ 100ನೇ ಸಂಚಿಕೆನ್ ಉದಿಪನ ಮಲ್ತ್‌ದ್ ಆಶೀರ್ವಚನ ಮಲ್ತಿನ ಆರ್, ನಮ ಒಲ್ಪ ಇತ್ತ್ಂಡಲ ಸತ್ಯ, ಧರ್ಮ, ಸಹಬಾಳ್ವೆದ ಸಾದಿಡ್ ನಡತೊಂದು ಪೋಯರೆ ಪಂದ್ ಕೊರಿನ ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿದ ಬಗೆಟ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನ ಬೇಲೆ ಮಲ್ತೊಂದುಂಡು ಪಂದ್ ಪಂಡೆರ್.
ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆ ಬುಳೆಯೊಂದು ಬತ್ತಿನ ಸಾದಿದ ಬಗೆಟ್ ವಿಶೇಷ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ಕೊರಿನ ತುಳು ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸೆರ್ ಆಯಿನ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಎ.ವಿವೇಕ ರೈ, ಬಾಸೆಲ್ ಮಿಷನ್ 1886 ಟ್ ಸುರುತ್ತ ತುಳು ಶಬ್ದಕೋಶನ್ ಕನತ್ಂಡ್. ರಷ್ಯನ್ ಸಂಶೋಧಕೆರ್ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್.ಆಂಡ್ರೊನೋವ್ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯಮ್ ‘ತುಳು ಬೇತೆ ದ್ರಾವಿಡ ಭಾಷೆಲೆಡ್ದ್ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ’ ಪಂದ್ ತೆರಿಪಾದೆರ್ ಪಂಡೆರ್.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ತುಳು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆರ್ ದಯಾನಂದ ಜಿ. ಕತ್ತಲ್ಸಾರ್ ಪಾತೆರ್ದ್, ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ 5 ಚಾನೆಲ್‌ದ ಮುಖೇನ ತುಳು ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಪ್ರಸರಣ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ದಾಖಲೀಕರಣ ಮಲ್ಪರೆ ಉಂಡು. ಸುಮಾರ್ 14 ಪುಸ್ತಕಲೆನ್ ಸದ್ಯಡೇ ಬುಡುಗಡೆ ಮಲ್ಪರೆ ಉಂಡು ಪಂದ್ ಪಂಡೆರ್.

ಲೇಸ್‌ಡ್ ಗುರ್ಕಾಮೆ ವಹಿಸೊನಿನ ಕುಡ್ಲ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ಪಿ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಯಡಪಡಿತ್ತಾಯ ಪಾತೆರ್ದ್, ತುಳು ಪೀಠದ ಮುಖೇನ ಎಚ್ಚದ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ, ಅಧ್ಯಯನಗ್ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಲ್ತ್ ಕೊರಿಯರೆ ಉಂಡು ಪಂಡೆರ್.

ವಿಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಲೇಸ್ ಸುದಾರಿಕೆ ಮಲ್ತೆರ್. ಸುರೇಶ್ ರಾವ್ ಅತ್ತೂರು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಲ್ತೆರ್. ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ ಸಂಧ್ಯಾ ಕಾಲೇಜ್‌ದ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆರ್ ಡಾ. ಸುಭಾಷಿಣಿ ಶ್ರೀವತ್ಸ ಬತ್ತಿನ ಬಿನ್ನೆರೆಗ್ ಸೊಲ್ಮೆ ಸಂದೈತ ಮಲ್ತೆರ್.

100 th webnier of tulu script inaugurated

” Efforts are on to include Tulu language in the eighth schedule of the constitution.Alonf with that let us put in extra effort to save our language and the ancient traditions associated with it” said Sri D Veerendra Heggade.

He was speaking at the inauguration of the 100th webnier of tulu script organised jointly by the Sri Dharmasthala Manjunateshwara Tulu Peetha if Mangalore University and the post graduate center of Tulu studies of the evening college at University College.
Dr Vivek Rai retired chancellor also gave a special lecture on the growth of Tulu language and said the first dictionary of Tulu language was published by the Basal Mission way back in 1886 and said Tulu language was unique from other Dravidian languages.
Tulu Sahitya Academy president Dayanand Kattalsar said that about 14 books in tulu are to be published shortly.
