Dr Bharat Shetty candidate of BJP for Mangalore North constituency filed his nomination with the election officer today.
He was accompanied by BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel, district president of the BJP Sudarshan Bedra, former minister Krishna Palimar and Mangalore mayor Jayanand Anchan.
