ಮುಡಿಪು : ತುಳು ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿದ ಪೊಲಬು ಪುಟ್ಟಾವುನ ತುಳು ಶಾಸನದ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆದ ಒಟ್ಟುಗು ಈ ಶಾಸನದ ಬಗೆಟ್ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ, ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ನಡತೊಂದು ಉಪ್ಪೊಡು ಪಂದ್ ಕುಡ್ಲ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯಡಪಡಿತ್ತಾಯ ಪಂಡೆರ್.
ಕುಡ್ಲ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಪ್ರಸಾರಾಂಗ ಬುಡುಗಡೆ ಮಲ್ತಿನ ಒಡಿಪುದ ಎಸ್.ಎ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಯ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಸಂಪಾದಕತ್ವೊಡು ಕಾಸ್ರೋಡ್ ಡಾ. ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣ ಬೆಳ್ಳೂರು ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಸುಭಾಸ್ ಬಂಟಕಲ್ಲು ಬರೆಯಿನ “ತುಳು ಶಾಸನಲು” ಬೂಕುನು ಸಿಂಡಿಕೇಟ್ ಚಾವಡಿಡ್ ಬುಡುಗಡೆ ಮಲ್ತ್ದ್ ಪಾತೆರಿಯೆರ್.
ಬೂಕುದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಸಂಪಾದಕೆರ್ ಒಡಿಪುದ ಪ್ರಾಚ್ಯ ಸಂಚಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕೆರ್ ಎಸ್.ಎ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಯ್ಯ ಪಾತೆರ್ದ್, ಪಿರಾಕ್ದ ತುಳು ಶಾಸನದ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಡ್ ಮಠ ಮಂದಿರದ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ. ಈ ಬೂಕುಡು 80 ದಾತ್ ತುಳು ಶಾಸನದ ಬಗೆಟ್ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ನಡತ್ತೊಂದು ಇತ್ತ್ದ್, ತುಳುನ್ 8ನೇ ಪರಿಚ್ಚೇದಗ್ ಸೇರ್ಸಾವುನ ಚಳುವಳಿಗ್ ಉಂದು ಬೆರಿಬಲ ಕೊರ್ತುಂಡು ಪಂದ್ ಪಂಡೆರ್.
ಲಿಪಿಕ್ಕ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗ್ಲ ಮಸ್ತ್ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇಪ್ಪುಜಿ. ತುಳುಲಿಪಿ ಪಲ್ಲವ ಮೂಲದ ಲಿಪಿ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯವಾದಿತ್ತ್ದ್ ತುಳುನಾಡ್ಡ್ ಎಚ್ಚಾದ್ ಪ್ರಚಲಿತಡ್ ಉಂಡು. ಈ ಲಿಪಿಟ್ ತುಳು ಶಾಸನಲು 12-13ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ಕಾಲಘಟ್ಟಡೇ ಶಿಲಾಶಾಸನೊಲು ರಚನೆಯಾತ್ಂಡ್ ಪನ್ಪಿನವ್ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕವಾದ್ ಮಹತ್ವದ ವಿಚಾರ ಪಂದ್ ಡಾ.ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣ ಬೆಳ್ಳೂರು ತೆರಿಪಾಯೆರ್. ಸಂಶೋಧಕೆರ್ ಸುಭಾಸ್ ಬಂಟಕಲ್ಲು, ಕುಡ್ಲ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಪಣವುದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಜಯಪ್ಪ, ಪ್ರಸಾರಂಗದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕೆರ್ ಡಾ. ಸೋಮಣ್ಣ ಹೊಂಗಳ್ಳಿ, ಸಹ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕೆರ್ ಡಾ. ಧನಂಜಯ ಕುಂಬ್ಳೆ, ಒಡಿಪುದ ಪ್ರಾಚ್ಯ ಸಂಚಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಟ್ರಷ್ಟಿಲು ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಭಟ್ಟ, ರವಿ ಆಳ್ವ, ಪ್ರೊ. ಮ್ಯೂಸಿಕ ಸುಪ್ರಿಯ, ಪ್ರೊ. ಸುಜಯ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಲೇಸ್ಡ್ ಪಾಲ್ ಪಡೆದ್ ಇತ್ತೆರ್.
It is necessary to protect Tulu epigraphy- Proffessor Yedapaditaya
Mudipu : It is most necessary to protect Tulu epigraphy to give us inputs to Tulu language, literature and culture. More research needs to be done on these works said Mangalore University vice chancellor Prof P S Yedapaditaya.
He said this while releasing the publication by the Mangalore University of the Tulu
“shasanas” written by Dr Radhakrishna Bellur and Subhash Bantekallu.
The chief editor of the “shasanas” S A Krishnaiah director of Udupi historical research center said that more than 80 shasanas were under research and the drive to include Tulu in the 8 th sechdule has given more initiative to the projects.
