CM Bommai to visit Mangalore today:
The CM Basavaraj Bommai will visit Mangalore today. Heavy rains in Tulunadu from the past few days has wrecked havoc and brought misery to many. The CM is in town to inspect the damages and to talk to those whose lives have been affected by the rains.
* From 3-3.15 p.m will start his tour of the district from Samaje in Sullia taluk and get report of the land slides from the DC.
* From 3.15 to 5 p.m while travelling he will inspect the crop damage and the Sangama point of the river at Ubaar.
* From 5-515 he will inspect the landslide area in Panjikallu in Bantwal taluk and distribute checks to those whose family members lost lives in the landslide.
* From 5.15 -6p.m he will visit Ullal taluk ; and inspect sea erosion at Someshwar and Battampadi.
* From 6.15 to 7p.m he will visit Mulki taluk and inspect crop damage at Pakshikere, Koyukode and the flooded areas of river Nandini.
At 7 p.m he will leave for Udupi district.
