Engineering lessons in Kannada released

An aim to create an universal lessons for all

Bangalore: The All India council for technical education board has released technical education lessons in nine languages including Kannada.It is aimed at helping students from regional language medium to have an equal chance in technical education said Prof Anil D Sahasrabuddhi president of AICTE.

The NEP ( National education policy) moots for technical education in local language and the chancellors of all technical Universities, SEP directors and experts from the National Academy of engineering education came together and released lessons in technical education in nine regional languages.

Speaking at the meeting prof Sahasrabuddhi said that it is not true that technical education can be had only in English language. Persons with a regional language background can also excel in technical education and these lessons are intended to help students to have equal opportunities in education.
