Only 5 elephants for Dassehra Jambo Savari
Mysore October 14: The world famous Dassehra Jambo Savari will start from the palace grounds on October 15 .
As the Mysore Dassehra festivities are being celebrated on a small scale; only 5 elephants are to take part in the Jambo Savari. Abhimanyu the lead elephant will carry the golden howdah (ambari) at the Vijay dashami processions.
