The 39th Annual Festival of the University of Mangalore will be held in March. Candidates who are not eligible for admission to the event (by 2020s-30s) will be eligible to obtain graduate certificates on the basis of absenteeism. Candidates who are eligible to attend Degree Courses in Autonomous Colleges should submit their applications through the Principals of the respective colleges
