ಮುಲ್ಕಿ, ಡಿ.20 : ತುಳುನಾಡ್‌ದ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ವೈವಾಟ್‌ಡ್ ಬಾರಿ ಪುಗರ್ತೆ ಪಡೆಯಿನ ರೋಹನ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಹಳೆಯಂಗಡಿ ಹೈವೇ ಕೈತಲ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷಿಕೆರೆಟ್ಟ್ ಅಲ್ಟ್ರಾ ಮಾಡರ್ನ್ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಉಪ್ಪುನ 372 ಇಲ್ಲ್ ಕಟ್ಟುನ ಜಾಗೆದ ಮಾಮಲ್ಲ ವಸತಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆ “ರೋಹನ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಪಕ್ಷಿಕೆರೆ’ ಯೋಜನೆನ್ 32 ಎಕ್ರೆ ಜಾಗೆಡ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಲ್ತ್ ದ್ ಸನಿಯಾರದಾನಿ ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಲ್ದ್ಂಡ್.

ರೋಹನ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್‌ದ ಪೊಸ ದೇಖಿದ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನೊಡು ಸನಿಯಾರ ಬಯ್ಯಡ್ ನಡತಿನ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಡ್ ಈ ವಿಚಾರೊನು ತೆರಿಪಾಯಿನ ರೋಹನ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್‌ದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕೆರ್ ರೋಹನ್ ಮೊಂತೇರೊ, ಹಳೆಯಂಗಡಿ-ಕಿನ್ನಿಗೋಳಿ ರಸ್ತೆಡ್ ಪಕ್ಷಿಕೆರೆರ್ದ್ ಎಸ್‌ಕೋಡಿ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ದ 100 ಮೀಟರ್ ದೂರೊದ ಪೊರ್ಲು ಪರಿಸರೊಡು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಉದಿಪನ ಆತ್‌ಂಡ್ ಪಂಡೆರ್.

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಡ್ 3.5 ಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ರ್ದ್ 10 ಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ಮುಟ್ಟ ಅಳತೆದ ವಾಸ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ರಚನೆ ಮಲ್ದಿನ 372 ಸೈಟ್‌ಲು ಉಂಡು. ಗ್ರಾಹಕೆರೆಗ್ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಆಪಿಲೆಕ್ಕ ಜಾಗೆ ಸೇರ್ದ್ 35 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿರ್ದ್ 75 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮುಟ್ಟದ ಇಂಡಿಪೆಂಡೆಂಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲ್ ಲೆನ್ ಆಜಿ ತಿಂಗೊಲುಡು ಕಟ್ಟಾದ್ ಕೊರ್ಪಿನ ಯೋಜನೆ ಉಂದು. ಗ್ರಾಹಕೆರ್ ಖಾಲಿ ಸೈಟ್‌ ಲ ದೆತೊನೊಲಿ, ಇಲ್ಲ್ ಕಟ್ಟಾದ್ ಕೊರ್ಪಿನೆಕ್ಕ್ ಲ ಕಂಪೆನಿ ತಯಾರುಂಡು. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕೆರೆಗ್ ಬುಡ್ತ ಪಂಡೆರ್.

ರೋಹನ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್‌ದ ಪರಿಸರೊಡು ಕಟೀಲ್, ಬಪ್ಪನಾಡ್, ಪುನರ್ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ, ಪಕ್ಷಿಕೆರೆ ಚರ್ಚ್, ಕಿನ್ನಿಗೋಳಿ ಚರ್ಚ್, ಪಕ್ಷಿಕೆರೆ ಮಸೀದಿ ಇಂಚಿನ ಮಸ್ತ್ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರೊಲು ಉಲ್ಲ. ಅವ್ವತ್ತಾಂದೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕೇಂದ್ರೊಲು ಉಲ್ಲ. ಹಳೆಯಂಗಡಿ ಹೈವೇರ್ದ್ 4 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಕಿನ್ನಿಗೋಳಿ ಪೇಂಟೆರ್ದ್ 4 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ದೂರೊಡು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಡೆವಲಪ್ ಆತ್‌ಂಡ್ ಪಂಡೆರ್. ರೇರಾ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆದಿನ ಈ ಲೇಔಟ್‌ ಡ್ ಕಾಂಕ್ರೀಟ್ ರೋಡ್, ಚರಂಡಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಬೀದಿ ದೀಪದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಉಂಡು. ಪರ್ಪಿನ ನೀರ್‌ಗ್ ಬೇತೆನೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಲ್ದ್ಂಡ್. ಅವ್ವತ್ತಾಂದೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಇಲ್ಲಗ್‌ ಲ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‌ ದ ನೀರ್‌ ದ ಕನೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ ಗ್ ಪೈಪ್‌ ಲೈನ್ ಜೋಡಣೆ ಮಲ್ದ್ಂಡ್. ಭದ್ರತೆದ ವಿಷಯೊಡು ಪನ್ಪಿನಾಂಡ 12 ಕಡೆಟ್ಟ್ ಹೈ ರೆಸೊಲ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಸಿಸಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ ಪಾಡ್ದ್ಂಡ್, 24 ಗಂಟೆಲ ಸೆಕ್ಯುರಿಟಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಉಂಡು. 5 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ಉದ್ದದ ವಾಕಿಂಗ್ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ಇಂಟರ್‌ಲಾಕ್ ಪಾಡ್ದಿನ ಫುಟ್‌ಪಾತ್, ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್ ಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಜೋಕ್ಲೆಗ್ ಗೊಬ್ಬರೆ ಮೈದಾನ, ಪಾರ್ಕ್, ಮದಿಮೆದಂಚಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ ಮಲ್ಪರೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಉಂಡು ಪಂಡೆರ್.

“Rohan Estate” layout with ultra modern amenities inaugurated at Pakshikere

Mulki December 20 : Rohan corporation the well known real estate company of Tulunadu has developed a layout at Pakshikere near Haleangadi highway. The layout spread across 32 acres of land, with ultra modern amenities ; with infrastructure to accommodate nearly 372 villas , was inaugurated on Saturday.

Speaking to the media the managing director of Rohan corporation Rohan Monterio said that the layout situated at Pakshikere on Haleangadi Kinnigoli road; about 100 meters from Eskodi junction; is in amidst nature in green surroundings, with all modern amenities is open for booking for the public.

The layout has about 372 sites measuring from 3.5 cents to 10 cents ; all of which are vastu compliant. The firm plans to build independent villas in prices ranging from 35 to 75 lakhs including the price of land, for the convenience of buyers . The houses will be ready within a period of six months after booking . There is facility to buy open sites also .

Rohan Estate is well situated with easy access to Kateel, Bappanadu, Punar temple, Pakshikere church, Kinnigoli church, Pakshikere masjid and many other places of religious interest.It has many educational institutions close by. The property is about 4 kms from Haleangadi highway and 4 kms from Kinnigoli town.
The layout has well laid concrete roads , drainage systems street lights drinking water facility and RERA approved.
Special arrangements have been made for Panchayat water connection also . For security purposes high resolution cc cameras has been fixed at 12 places and there is 24 hours security facility also. Other facilities include a five kilometre walking track, interlocked footpath, playground and play area for children, batmiton court and a party hall.

Sulya : December 13: A bull butts it’s owner causing his death.This unfortunate incident happened in Murullya near here .

Kitanna Gowda (65) from Murullya village had tied his bull for grazing at his farm. In the evening when he went to take it back home; it butted him badly and he died at the spot due to injuries. A case has been registered at Bellare police station limits.

Founders day celebration of Mayuri foundation , Mulki.

Mulki : Social worker Jaya .K.Shetty who is the founder of Seva Bharati Mumbai, who on the untimely demise of his daughter Mayuri set up Mayuri foundation in her memory ; observed founders day on Saturday the 11th of December at Bantara Bawana Karnad.

The chief speaker for the day was Dr Sonda Narayan Bhat, retired sanskrit Professor.
He said that Mayuri foundation was started because of unhappy experience in its founders life.But the social work done by this foundation has been a shining becon for people ; on how one has to raise above the bitterness of life and find purpose in life.

Jaya K.Shetty gave the presidential address at the program.
Animal lover and rescuer Rajani Damodar Shetty and Aviation expert Puspharaj Amin were honoured on the occasion.
The trustees Naveen Shetty and Jeevan Shetty read the letter of honour.
Y.N. Salian introduced the chief speaker to the gathering.
The secretary of the foundation Rajesh Kumar Shetty, treasurer Naveen Shetty, members Deviprasad Punaroor, Prabodh Kuduva, Babitha Shetty were present on the occasion.
A monetary grant was given to the education fund of Bantara Sangha by Mayuri foundation ; which was accepted by the President of Bantara Sangha Santosh Hegde.
Jaya K Shetty while speaking on the occasion said that selfless service to the society was the goal in his life.

Invite to the temple pooja rituals of Sri Balaganapathi temple of Sajipamuda

The renovation works of the Sri Balaganapathi temple at Sajipamuda in Bantwal taluk began in 2017. All the work was carried out under the guidance and instructions of the renowned astrologer Sri Padmanabha. The blue print for the same was done by Ramesh Karanth Bedradka with total Vastu compliance.

The estimated costs for same was about rupees two crores which was collected from devotees all over, and as of now nearly 80% of the work has been completed .

On the 27,28 and 29th of December the reinstallation ceremonies will be held under the leadership of Brahmashree Neeleshwara Ucchalataya Padmanabha Tanthri.The temple rituals will end with a temple fair.

All devotees are requested to come and take part in the ceremonies take blessings of the lord and also volunteer their services for the various rituals and contribute for the cause said the President and members of the Brahmakalashaotsava committee in the invite.

The well known Arasu Kambla of Mulki ; with historical importance in Tulunadu, is set to take place shortly. The invitation to this event was released in Mulki Aramane on Tuesday evening .

After taking blessings of the family goddess Padmavati, Sri Duganna Savantha the Arasu of Mulki , released the invitation of the Kambla in the presence of the samithi members.

Tuluva Kadandale Suresh Bandari gets Katkera Sanjeev Shetty memorial award :

Mumbai : The Katkera Sanjeev Shetty memorial award was presented at a function in Goregaon Karnataka Sangha on Saturday December 4th .

The award that is presented annually was awarded this year to a proud Tuluva and social worker Kadandale Suresh Bandari.

A fund has been set up in the name of Sanjeev Shetty and an award is given to social workers annually who is selected by a committee set up for this purpose.There are more than 200 associations in Mumbai who are organizing and conducting various programmes for the betterment of the society. This is the only association that gives an award solely for social service.

Katkera Sanjeev Shetty was a social worker .So his family set up a fund in his memory to honour other social workers like him and bring them to the mainstream. The award is given in his name through the society.

The winner of this prestigious award this year is the well-known social worker Kadandale Suresh Bandari .

Mumbai is a Cosmopolitan city that has welcomed people from all over into its folds .For the Tuluvas and Kannadigas Mumbai has been a city that has embraced them and provided employment and given a living to thousands ; being a home away from home.These people, with time; have come together to form their own association and clubs where they meet share their thoughts, recall their
culture and tradition, and work towards preserving building their religious sentiments and language.Karnataka Goregaon Sangha is one such association working persistently for uniting people, connecting persons to build in a relationship of like minded people.

Harping on all the above Kadandale Suresh Bandari said he was proud of being selected for the award and in addition to the prize money that was awarded to him added 25000k more and returned it back for the benefit of the association

Smt Vasanthi Kotekar and Smt Seema Kulkarni started the program with a prayer song.The Vice President of the association Padmaja Mannur spoke on current matters and former president of the association G.T.Acharya introduced Kadandale Suresh Bandari to the audience.Nithyananda Kotian read the letter of honour.The president of the association, Sri Narayan Mendon presided over the function .

The guests for the evening was Ramesh Shetty Payar and Devalkunda Bhaskar Shetty, former president of Karnataka Sangha Jayakar Poojary former secretary of the association, Anand Shetty,N.K.Sundar, Narayan Suvarna, Chitradurga K.M.Kotian and the women’s wing members took part in the program.The program ended with a thanks to Gunodaya Aial the secretary of Karnataka Sangha
