ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಡ್ 3.5 ಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ರ್ದ್ 10 ಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ಮುಟ್ಟ ಅಳತೆದ ವಾಸ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ರಚನೆ ಮಲ್ದಿನ 372 ಸೈಟ್‌ಲು ಉಂಡು. ಗ್ರಾಹಕೆರೆಗ್ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಆಪಿಲೆಕ್ಕ ಜಾಗೆ ಸೇರ್ದ್ 35 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿರ್ದ್ 75 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮುಟ್ಟದ ಇಂಡಿಪೆಂಡೆಂಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲ್ ಲೆನ್ ಆಜಿ ತಿಂಗೊಲುಡು ಕಟ್ಟಾದ್ ಕೊರ್ಪಿನ ಯೋಜನೆ ಉಂದು. ಗ್ರಾಹಕೆರ್ ಖಾಲಿ ಸೈಟ್‌ ಲ ದೆತೊನೊಲಿ, ಇಲ್ಲ್ ಕಟ್ಟಾದ್ ಕೊರ್ಪಿನೆಕ್ಕ್ ಲ ಕಂಪೆನಿ ತಯಾರುಂಡು. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕೆರೆಗ್ ಬುಡ್ತ ಪಂಡೆರ್.

“Rohan Estate” layout with ultra modern amenities inaugurated at Pakshikere

Mulki December 20 : Rohan corporation the well known real estate company of Tulunadu has developed a layout at Pakshikere near Haleangadi highway. The layout spread across 32 acres of land, with ultra modern amenities ; with infrastructure to accommodate nearly 372 villas , was inaugurated on Saturday.

Speaking to the media the managing director of Rohan corporation Rohan Monterio said that the layout situated at Pakshikere on Haleangadi Kinnigoli road; about 100 meters from Eskodi junction; is in amidst nature in green surroundings, with all modern amenities is open for booking for the public.

The layout has about 372 sites measuring from 3.5 cents to 10 cents ; all of which are vastu compliant. The firm plans to build independent villas in prices ranging from 35 to 75 lakhs including the price of land, for the convenience of buyers . The houses will be ready within a period of six months after booking . There is facility to buy open sites also .

Rohan Estate is well situated with easy access to Kateel, Bappanadu, Punar temple, Pakshikere church, Kinnigoli church, Pakshikere masjid and many other places of religious interest.It has many educational institutions close by. The property is about 4 kms from Haleangadi highway and 4 kms from Kinnigoli town.
The layout has well laid concrete roads , drainage systems street lights drinking water facility and RERA approved.
