The Tulunadu Utsava 2023 under the patronage of Bharin Billavas Association Guru Seva Samiti will be held on February 3rd at 5 p.m at Indian club Bahrain.
Many dignitaries are expected at the Utsava including Kota Srinivas Poojary minister for social welfare and backward classes, government of Karnataka, MLA Umanath Kotian, Suman Talwar from the Indian film industry, Raj Shekhar Kotian president of National Billava Mahamandal, Mumbai, treasurer of Kudroli Gokarnatheswara temple Padmaraj .R, Entrepreneur from Bharin KG Baburajan who is also winner of Pravasi Bharithya Sanman award and Harish G Amin president Mumbai Billavas Association.
