Sullia: PDO takes to task person littering on roads — fines him and asks him to clean up:
Sullia: A youth caught throwing garbage bags on the roadside was fined Rs 5000, and asked to clean up by the PDO at Bengamalle village in Sullia taluk was reported.
The PDO has got complaints of garbage being disposed on the roadside.So CC camera was installed at strategic places and the PDO Shyam Prasad noticed an youth Sachin Sullia throwing garbage. So he was caught and fined.
