ಕುಂಭಾಸಿ ಆನೆಗುಡ್ಡೆ ವಿನಾಯಕ ದೇವಲ್ಯ: ಶಾಸನ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ

ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ತಾಲೂಕ್ ದ ಕುಂಭಾಸಿ ಆನೆಗುಡ್ಡೆ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿನಾಯಕ ದೇವಲ್ಯದ ಜಾಗೆಡ್ ಇಪ್ಪುನ ಅಶ್ವಥಕಟ್ಟೆಡ್ ಅಪ್ರಕಟಿತ ಶಾಸನನ್ ಮುಲ್ಪದ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀರಮಣ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಧರ್ಮದರ್ಶಿಲು ಶ್ರೀ ಸೂರ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಮೆರ್ನ ಮಾಹಿತಿದ ಮುಖೇನ ಪ್ರಾಚ್ಯಸಂಚಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಒಡಿಪು ಉಂದೆತ್ತ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕೆರ್ ಆಯಿನ ಪ್ರೊ.ಎಸ್.ಎ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಯ್ಯ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಯು.ಕಮಲಬಾಯಿ ಫ್ರೌಡ ಶಾಲೆದ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕೆರ್ ಆಯಿನ ಕೆ. ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಭಟ್ ಮೆರೆನ ಮುತಾಲಿಕೆಡ್ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಪುರಾತತ್ವ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾರ್ಥಿ ಶ್ರುತೇಶ್ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಮೂಡುಬೆಳ್ಳೆ ಮೇರ್ ಅಧ್ಯಯನನ್ ಮಲ್ತೊಂದ್ ಉಲ್ಲೆರ್.

ಗ್ರಾನೈಟ್ ಶಿಲೆಟ್ಟ್ ಇತ್ತಿನ ಈ ಶಾಸನದ ಮಸ್ತ್ ಭಾಗಲು ಮಾಜಿದ್ ಪೋದಿತ್ತ್ ದ್, ಒಂತೆ ಒಂತೆಯಾದ್ ತೊಜೊಂದಿಪ್ಪುನ ಕೆಲ ಲಿಪಿತ್ತ ಆಧಾರದ ಮಿತ್ತ್ ಈ ಶಾಸನನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಲ್ತ್ ದೆರ್. ಶಾಸನ ಸುಮಾರ್ 3 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರ ಅಂಚನೆ 2.5 ಅಡಿ ಅಗೆಲ ಇತ್ತ್ ದ್ ಮಿತ್ತ್ ದ ಭಾಗಡ್ ಶಿವಲಿಂಗ ಇತ್ತ್ ದ್, ಉಂದೆತ್ತ ತಿರ್ತ್ ನಂದಿ, ರಾಜಕತ್ತಿ, ತುಡರ್ ದ ಕಂಬ ಅಂಚನೇ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಚಂದ್ರೆರ್ನ ಉಬ್ಬುದ ಕೆತ್ತನೆ ಉಂಡು.

“ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣಾಧಿಪತಯೇ ನಮ” ಪನ್ಪಿನ ಶ್ಲೋಕರ್ದ್ ಸುರು ಆಪಿನ ಈ ಶಾಸನ ವಿಜಯನಗರದ ತುಳುವೆ ದೊರೆ ಆಯಿನ ಸದಾಶಿವರಾಯಗ್ ಸೇರ್ದಿತ್ತ್ ದ್, ಉಂದೆತ್ತ ಕಾಲಮಾನ ವರ್ಸ 1467ನೇ ವಿಶ್ವಾವಸು ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಚೈತ್ರ ಶುದ್ಧ 10ನೇ ಐತಾರ ಪಂದ್ ಉಂಡು. ಆಂಡ ಈ ಕಾಲಮಾನ ಕ್ರಿ.ಶ 1545ಕ್ಕ್ ಸಮ ಆದ್ ಉಂಡು. ಈ ಕಾಲಡ್ ಬಾರಕೂರು ರಾಜ್ಯನ್ ಆಚಪ್ಪ ಒಡೆಯೆರ್ ಅಳ್ವಿಕೆ ಮಲ್ತೊಂದ್ ಇತ್ತೆರ್. ಶಾಸನಡ್ ತುಳು ರಾಜ್ಯ, ಶಿವಾಲಯ, ಸೋಮನಾಥೇಶ್ವರ, ಶತ್ರುಕ್ಷಯ ಪನ್ಪಿನ ಪದತ್ತ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ ಉಂಡು.

ಶಾಸನದ ಕಡೆಟ್ಟ್ ಶಾಪಾಶಯ ವಾಕ್ಯಲು ಅಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾದ್ ತೊಜೊಂದ್ಂಡ್. ಶಾಸನನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಲ್ತಿನ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾರ್ಥಿ ರಾಜನ ಆಯುರಾರೋಗ್ಯಗಾದ್ ದಾನನ್ ಕೊರಿನ ಶಾಸನ ಉಂದಾದಿಪ್ಪೊಡ್ ಪಂದ್ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯನ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಾದೆರ್.

Kumbashi Anne gudde temple: Inscription to be studied

An un researched stone inscription on Anne gudde temple in Kumbashi in Kundapur taluk will be studied.

The managing officer of the temple Sri Ramana Upadhyaya , Dharmadarshi Sri Suryanarayana Upadhyaya will guide proffesser S A Krishniah director of the historical inscriptions research centre and U.Kamalabai and retired teacher K Sridhar Bhat along with historical researcher Srutesh Acharya Mudubelle .

The inscription on granite is partially erased,but based on what is visible research will be done .The granite slab is 3 feet in height and 2.5 feet wide .It also has pictures of a Shivalinga, Nandi, sun,moon and fire inscribed on it

It is said to be an inscription of the Vijayanagar era and about 1545 A D.The time coincides with the time when Achappa Wodayar of the Barkur Kingdom was ruling over the place.

The researchers opined thatthe inscription could have details of the donation made by the king for for his well being .
