Udupi : Traffic rules must be strictly followed- DC Kurma Rao

Udupi November 11: ” If people follow traffic rules strictly; accidents can be avoided” said DC Kurma Rao.

He was presiding at a function in Zilla panchayat hall organised by the Zilla Road Protection Samiti. He emphasized that wearing seat belts and helmets is mandatory, and will help in avoiding accidents.
