Admission open for MA in Tulu at University college Mangalore.
Any language to be popular and well understood must have a unique literature, poetry that popularizes the culture and tradition and folklore. For this it must be read and studied.To popularise Tulu language the Mangalore University in its college at Manglalore started a centre for post graduate studies in the year 2018-19 in the evening college section.This gave an opportunity for students to learn about the rich culture and tradition history of Tulu.There was a chance for school and college students to learn Tulu and there was a good response to learn this language.
Not only it gained good response from people in the three Tulu speaking districts,but also from people of Mumbai, Bangalore and many countries abroad .As such Manglalore University decided to to start MA in Tulu from the year 2021-22 for which admission is now open.Intrested candidates can forward their application before November 23rd the university notice has specified.Admission for the two year course is for 30 candidates only.
