Mangalore, D. 31: BJP supporters have won the most number of gram panchayats in Dakshina Kannada district. As of Wednesday night’s vote count, BJP supporters had won 1810 seats, while Congress had won 982 seats. The SP DPI has won 160 seats and 40 non-party winners.

BJP supporters have once again seen the countryside in the countryside. Most of the BJP supporters have been elected to power in Sullia, Belthangady, Puttur and Kadab taluk.
