Manjeshwara,: Kasaragodu: A man has been arrested by Kumbal Excise Police with three kilos of marijuana. The arrested have been identified as Rajesh (30) of Manjeshwar Paur. The marijuana was found when Mancheshwar stopped the bike and checked. The bike was seized, police said.
