Kundapur, Oct 7: The government has already held talks with the chief minister about starting a class in the state. “This decision will be taken at a meeting of the Kovid-19 Technical Committee soon after the completion of Dasara,” State Minister for Primary and Secondary Education BC Nagesh said.
