ಜೂನ್ 21ಕ್ಕ್ ಬಂಟರ ಸಂಘ ಬೊಂಬಾಯಿ, ಜೋಗೇಶ್ವರಿ – ದಹಿಸರ್ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಮಿತಿದ ಪೊಂಜೊವ್ ಲೆನ ವಿಭಾಗರ್ದ್ ನಡತಿನ ಕಾಂದಿವಲಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮದ ಪವನ್ ಧಾಮ್ ಕೈತಲ್ ಪೊಂಜೊವ್ ಲೆನ ಆಧಾರ್ ಭವನಡ್ ನಡತಿನ 8ನೇ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಚ್ರೀಯ ಯೋಗ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆದ ಸಭಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಡ್ ಪಾತೆರಿನ ಮುಂಡಪ್ಪ ಪಯ್ಯಡೆ ಮೇರ್, ಆಧುನಿಕ ಯುಗಟ್ಟ್ ಪೊಂಜೊವ್ ಲೆಗ್ ಯೋಗ ಮಸ್ತ್ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಯೋಗರ್ದ್ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಹದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂಜಿ ಅಂಗಗ್ ಲ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ತಿಕ್ಕ್ಂಡ್ ಪಂದ್ ಪಂಡೆರ್.

Bantara Sangha, Mumbai International yoga day celebrated by ladies of the women’s wing of Jogeshwari,Dahisar
Mumbai: “Yoga is a gift to us from the age of sages and saints.It builds our immunity and prevents many diseases.In today’s fast paced life ,it is a necessary part of life” said Mundappa Paiyedy joint secretary of Bantara Sangha Mumbai.
The ladies wing of of the Jogeshwari Dahisar Bantara Sangha celebrated yoga day on June 21st .
At the closing ceremony of the event which was presided by M G Shetty regional working president of Jogeshwari Dahisar Bantara Sangha who spoke and appreciated the efforts and intrest showed by the women of the community in celebrating yoga day.
The working president of the ladies wing of the Jogeshwari Dahisar Bantara Sangha Smt Shailaja Amarnath Shetty said that a women’s health is of immense importance to the family.If she is fine then the whole family will do well. Yoga classes were conducted by Chaitra Chandrashekhar Shetty.
Senior advisor of the samithi Manohar N Shetty, joint secretary of the regional committee Raghunath N Shetty, Premnath Shetty Kondadi and others participated in the program.
