Colombo: the government of Srilanka has come up with new laws to protect the elephants.
ಅಂಚಾದು ಲಂಕಾಡ್ ಆನೆಲೆನ್ ಸಾಂಕುನಕುಲ್ ಅಕುಲ್ನ ಆನೆಲೆಗ್ ಫೋಟೋ, ಐಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ಬಯೋಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಅಂಚನೆ ಡಿಎನ್ಎ ಸ್ಟಾಂಪ್ ನ್ ಕೊರ್ಪುನವ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾತುಂಡು. ನನ ಆನೆದ ಕಿನ್ನಿಲೆರ್ದು ಒವ್ವೆ ರೀತಿದ ಬೇಲೆ ಮಲ್ಪಯರೆ ಬಲ್ಲಿ. ಆನೆಲೆನ ತುವೊಂದಿಪ್ಪುನ ಮಾವುತೆರ್ ಅಕುಲ್ನ ಬೇಲೆದ ಸಮಯಡ್ ಗಂಗಸರ ಪರ್ರ ಬಲ್ಲಿ. ಇಂಚಿತ್ತಿನ ನಿಯಮಲೆನ್ ಈ ಕಾನೂನುಡ್ ಮಲ್ತುದೆರ್.
Hence , it’s made mandatory for the Mahout to send a photograph ,ID card , Biometric and DNA samples . Moreover,the elephant calf are not to be kept at work .The trainer is warned to not have alcohol on their duty hour.
