An idol falls off during the festivites killing four devotees
Chennai: An idol being carried on a crane during the annual festival of a temple fell off killing four devotees near Arkonam in Tamil Nadu.
The village temple annual festival was in progress and the idol of the deity measuring about 25 feet was being taken in a procession. More than thousand people had gathered to witness this when the mishap happened.
