The Chairman of the Coastal Development Authority, Mattaru Ratnakara Hegde, has said that he wants to be a high-quality professional by combining quality and aesthetic skills without attracting foreign and chemical cosmetics. He was speaking for 30 days of free cosmetology and beauty training camps held at the joint shelter of the Department of Skills Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihoods Bangalore, Karnataka Entrepreneurship Development Center (Sidak) Dharwad, Coastal Development Authority Mangalore and Udupi Di Cabello Beauty Parlor. Joint Director of the Department, Aravind De Balari, who presided over the program, spoke about government-sponsored free training and various self-employment schemes.
