ಕುಡ್ಲ: ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಸಮಿತಿದಕುಲು 10ನೇ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ದ ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕರ್ದ್ ಕೈ ಬುಡ್ತಿನ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಗುರುಕ್ಲೆನ ಪಾಠೊನು ಪಿರ ಅವ್ವೇ ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕೊಗು ಸೇರ್ಸಾವೊಡು. ಇಜ್ಜಿಡ ಈ ಇಚಾರೊಡ್ ಬಿಲ್ಲವ ಸಮುದಾಯದ 26 ಪಂಗಡೊಲು ಸೇರ್ದ್ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಇಡೀಯ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಮಲ್ಪುವ ಪಂದ್ ಬಿಲ್ಲವ ಸಮಾಜ ಸರಕಾರೊಗು ಎಚ್ಚೆರ್ಗೆ ಕೊರ್ತುಂಡು.
ಬಿಲ್ಲವ ಸಮಾಜದ ಬೇತೆ ಬೇತೆ ಸಂಘಟನೆದಕುಲು, ಮುಖಂಡೆರ್ ಕುಡ್ಲದ ಕಂಕನಾಡಿ ಗರೋಡಿಡ್ ಗುರುವಾರ ಅಟ್ಟನೆ ಮಲ್ತಿನ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಡ್ ಈ ವಿಚಾರೊನು ತೆರಿಪಾಯೆರ್.

ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಡ್ ಕಂಕನಾಡಿ ಗರೋಡಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆರ್ ಚಿತ್ತರಂಜನ್ ಗರೋಡಿ, ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಬಿಲ್ಲವ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆರ್ ಸತೀಶ್ , ಮುಖಂಡೆರ್ ಆಯಿನ ಶೈಲೇಂದ್ರ, ಮಹಾಬಲ ಪೂಜಾರಿ, ದಿನೇಶ್ ಅಂಚನ್, ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಚಿಲಿಂಬಿ ಇತ್ತೆರ್.
The tenth standard syllabus must include lessons on Narayana Guru: Or we will organise protests all over the state—-Billava Samaja
Mangalore: The text book review committee have done away with lessons on Sri Narayan Guru in the tenth standard social science text books ; this must be revised and included in the text books or the 26 sub sects of the Billava Samaj will come together and organise protests all over the state warned the Billava Samaj to the government.
The leaders of the different associations of the Billava Samaj had gathered for a press meet in Kankanady, Mangalore and disclosed this issue to the public.
The state president of Narayan Guru Vichara Vedike Satyajit Suratkal said that there is a trend to encourage the upper strata in the society and ignore the lower classes.It is people like Narayan Guru who brought about a change in society with his preaching and outlook.His lessons which were included in the social science text of the tenth class has now been included in the Kannada language text books of the tenth class. With 60% of the students studying in the English medium, including it in Kannada lessons will make it reach lesser number of students. His teachings must reach a large number of people. This decision of the government has hurt the sentiments of the Billava Samaj. Now there have been a series of incidents that has antoganised the Billavas.So this time the community is going to take things seriously if their demands are not met.
Padmaraj the treasurer of Kudroli Sri Gokarnateshwara kshetra shared the same sentiments and added that though their demands were genuine,some people were trying to politicalise the issue.
The president of the managing committee of Kankanady Garodi Sri Sri Chittaranjan Garodi, Puttur Billava Sangha president Satish, Shailendra, Mahabal Poojary,Dinesh Anchan, Rajendra Chilimbi were present at the meet.
