Udupi :, Nearly 500 eligible families affected by the recent heavy rains in the district were handed over to the Lions District 317C today at the Brahmagiri Lions Palace.
Lions District Governor Neelakantha M. Hegde and First Deputy Governor Vishwanath Shetty, District Cabinet Secretary TG Pillai. Acharya, Provincial President Ranjan K., Ganesh Suvarna and District Coordinator Satish Shetty were also present.
District Operating Secretary Ravi Raj Nayak, Kiran Rangayya and others assisted in the delivery.
