Alliance University hosts Annual convocation- Akshhatha Adarssh awarded with a doctorate

Bangalore, January 14: One of the leading private universities Alliance University hosted its  annual convocation at its central campus at Anekal on the 14 th of January.

Degree holders and their families participated in large numbers.The convocation was presided by the minister of higher education, BT and IT government of Karnataka Dr Aswathanarayan. Justice S R Bannurmutt, chairman of Karnataka Law Commission and Harshit Singhal MD HashedIn by Deloitte were guests of honour.

The keynote address was delivered by Dr C N Aswathanarayan who congratulated the gratuates and urged them to use their education for the betterment of the society. The event concluded with the presentation of degrees and awards with 14 persons receiving doctoral degree.

Akshhatha Adarssh notary and arbitrator and law coloumnist with the Times of Kudla received her doctorate as doctor of philosophy in law for her work on ” A comparative study on the right to privacy as a human right with special reference to India, USA and UK”

She is married to Adarsh M, Chowtar Aramane, Moodbidri and is the proud daughter of Dharmaraj Jain and Vanitha from Bolamballi in Udupi district, Byndoor taluk.
