The government has implemented many welfare schemes and programs for the development of caste and tribal communities, earmarking a portion of the state’s plan expenditure. The responsibility of these is entirely on the officials.
When implementing the STP and TSP schemes, 50% of the projects should be implemented in the colonies where the caste and tribal communities live, in proportion to the population size.
