Bangalore, jan 07: Taking into consideration the fact that young women are more inclined to marry Hindu priests, the government plans to announce a scheme to reward young women who are willing to marry priests. The project will be implemented by the chief ministers on Wednesday, January 6th.
Under the Maithri scheme, young girls who are married to the priests receive Rs. Bond is to be obtained. Beneficiaries can receive bond money after three years.
