ಕುಡ್ಲ , ಜ. 15. ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಗೃಹರಕ್ಷಕ ದಳ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೌರ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಡೆ ಅಂಚನೇ ಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಕುಡ್ಲ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕುದ ಮಹಾಮೈತ್ರಿ (Human Rights Federation of India) ನೆತ್ತ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸೇರಿಗೆಡ್ ‘ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ನೇತ್ರಾಲಯ’ ದ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಟ್ಟುಗು (ಜ. 17) ಐತಾರದಾನಿ ಗೃಹರಕ್ಷಕ ದಳ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಮೇರಿಹಿಲ್, ಕುಡ್ಲ ಮುಲ್ಪ ಕಾಂಡೆ 9.30 ರ್ದ್ 1.30 ಮುಟ ನೇತ್ರ ತಪಾಸಣಾ ಶಿಬಿರ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ನೇತ್ರದಾನ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನಡಪರೆ ಉಂಡು .

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಗುರ್ಕಾರ್ಮೆನ್ ಡಾ|| ಭರತ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ವೈ. ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಶಾಸಕೆರ್, ಕುಡ್ಲ ಉತ್ತರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮೇರ್ ವಹಿಸರೆ ಉಲ್ಲೆರ್.

ಕುಡ್ಲ : ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಗೃಹರಕ್ಷಕ ದಳ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೌರ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ತಂಡದ ವತಿರ್ದ್ ಕಡಲ ತೀರ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಅಂಗವಾದ್ 4ನೇ ಐತಾರ ಪಣಂಬೂರು ಬೀಚ್‍ಡ್ ನಡತುಂಡು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಡ್ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾದ್ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಯೋಗ ಗುರು, ಯೋಗರತ್ನ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ದೇಲಂಪಾಡಿ ಮೇರ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನಡ್ ಯೋಗ ಪ್ರಾಣಾಯಾಮ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಧ್ಯಾನ ಶಿಬಿರ ಕಾಂಡೆ 7.00 ಗಂಟೆರ್ದ್ 8.00 ಗಂಟೆಮುಟ ನಡತುಂಡು. ಯೋಗ ಶಿಬಿರ ನಡಪಾದ್ ಕೊರಿನ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಯೋಗ ಗುರು, ಯೋಗರತ್ನ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ದೇಲಂಪಾಡಿ ಮೇರ್ ಪಾತೆರ್ದ್ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ಸೀಕ್ ಪರಡುನ ಪೊರ್ತುಡು ಬೇಲೆ ಮಲ್ಪುನ ಗೃಹರಕ್ಷಕೆರೆಗ್ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದೃಷ್ಟಿ ರ್ದ್ ಈ ಶಿಬಿರ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಗೃಹರಕ್ಷಕರ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆನ್ ವೃದ್ಧಿಸಾದ್ , ಆರೋಗ್ಯನ್ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಲ್ಪುಂಡು ಪಂಡೆರ್.

Mangalore, : Dakshina Kannada District Home Guard Brigade and Dakshina Kannada District Civil Protection Team organized the 4th event as part of the beach cleanup campaign on Sunday at Panambur beach.

The Yoga Pranayama and Meditation Camp was conducted from 7.00 am to 8.00 am under the guidance of Yoga Guru, Gopalakrishna Delampadi, a renowned resource person in the program. A renowned yoga guru, Yogarat’s Gopalakrishna Delampady, who conducted the Yoga Camp, said that the Kovid-19 will enhance the health and well-being of the home caregivers by enhancing the health and well-being of homeowners who work in the spread of the disease.
