Meet on Prohibition of child marriages:
Udupi: District legal services authority; District Lawyers Association; Women and child welfare department and District Child protection unit of Udupi came together and held a meeting on the legal aspects and the awareness of the prohibition of child marriages.
The meet was inaugurated by senior civil judge and member of district legal authority Sharmila .S. Advocate Celestine was the chief guest and retired Child Welfare Officer Dayanand Nayak spoke on the occasion.
