ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ರಾಜ್ಯೊಡು ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನೊಡು ಪೋಪಿನ ಮಾತಾ ಸವಾರೆರೆಗ್ ಹೆಲ್ಮೆಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ.ಹೆಲ್ಮೆಟ್ ಪಾಡಿಜಿಂಡ ಮೂಜಿ ತಿಂಗೊಲು ತಿಂಗಳು ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ ರದ್ದು ಮಲ್ಪೆರೆ ಆಪುಂಡು ಪಂದ್ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಡ್ ತೆರಿಪಾದೆರ್. ದುಂಬುದ ನಿಯಮನ್ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾದ್ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಕನಯೆರೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆದೇಶ ಕಡಪಾದೆರ್.
ನಿಯಮದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ನಾಲ್ ವರ್ಷದ ಜೋಕ್ಲೆಗ್ಲಾ ಹೆಲ್ಮೆಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಮಲ್ದೆರ್ . ರಡ್ಡ್ ಚಕ್ರದ ಗಾಡಿಡ್ ಸಂಚಾರ ಮಲ್ಪುನ ನಾಲ್ ವರ್ಷ ರ್ದ್ ಮಿತ್ತ್ ಮಾತೆರ್ಲ ಖಡ್ಡಾಯವಾದ್ ಹೆಲ್ಮೆಟ್ ಪಾಡೋಡಾಪುಂಡು. ಹೆಲ್ಮೆಟ್ ಪಾಡಂದಿನ ಚಾಲಕೆರೆಗ್ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಾವುನ ಒಟ್ಟುಗು ಚಾಲನಾ ಪರವಾನಿಗೆನ್ ಮೂಜಿ ತಿಂಗೊಲು ಅಮಾನತು ಮಲ್ಪೊಡು ಪನ್ಪಿನ ನಿಯಮನ್ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾದ್ ಜಾರಿಗ್ ಕನೈದೆರ್ ಪಂದ್ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಕೊರ್ತೆರ್ .
Bangalore: Helmets are mandatory for all riders riding in the state. License canceled for three months if not wearing helmet. The Department of Transport has issued a directive to strictly enforce the old rule. As a rule, helmets are mandatory for children as young as four. Everyone over four years of age should wear a helmet. The state government has imposed a three-month suspension of driving license along with a fine for a driver who does not wear a helmet. Under the Central Motor Vehicle Act, motorcycle riders are required to wear a helmet. As per the Karnataka Motor Vehicle Rule, all bikes in the state are mandatory. The Supreme Court has directed the Road Safety Committee to strictly enforce the mandatory helmet-wearing rule for all persons traveling on two-wheelers in the state.
