ಶಾಲೆಲೆನ್ ಸುರು ಮಲ್ಪುನ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ದೆತೊನ್ಯೆರೆ , 2020-21 ನ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮುಕ್ತ ವರ್ಷ ಪಂದ್ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಲ್ಪರೆ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾದ್ ಒದಗಾದ್ ಕೊರ್ರೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗ್ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ ಮಲ್ದುಂಡು.ಮಾತಾ ಜೋಕ್ಲೆಗ್ಲಾ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ . “COVID ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿದ ನಡುಟುಲಾ , ಜೋಕ್ಲೆನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಲೆನ್ ಇಚಾರೊಡು ದೀಯೊಂದು ತರಗತಿಲೆನ್ ಉತ್ತಮ ರೀತಿಡ್ ಮಲ್ಪೊಡು. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮುಕ್ತ ವರ್ಷಡ್ , ರಾಜ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ತರಬೇತಿ ವಿಭಾಗ ವರ್ಗವಾರು ಕಲಿಕೆದ ದಿನಚರಿನ್ ತಯಾರ್ ಮಲ್ಪೊಡು. ಸುರುಟು , 30ರ್ದ್ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಜೋಕುಲು ಉಪ್ಪುನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಲೆನ್ ಸುರು ಮಲ್ಪೊಡು. ಬೊಕ್ಕದ ರಡ್ಡ್ ವಾರ ಮುಟ ಅಕುಲ್ ಅಲ್ಪ ಬೇಲೆ ಮಲ್ಪೊಡು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಜೋಕುಲು ಉಪ್ಪುನ ಶಾಲೆನ್ ಶಿಫ್ಟ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಡ್ ನಡಪಾವೊಡು “ಪಂದ್ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸ್ ಮಲ್ದೆರ್ . ಶಾಲೆನ್ ಸುರು ಮಲ್ತ್ ಜಿಂಡ ಬಾಲ್ಯವಿವಾಹ, ಬಾಲ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಜೋಕ್ಲೆನ ಕಳ್ಳಸಾಗಣೆದ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಲು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಆವು ಪನ್ಪಿನ ಆತಂಕೊನು ಆಯುಕ್ತೆರ್ ಪಂತೆರ್. ಮಾತಾ ಶಾಲೆಡ್ ಲಾ ಜೋಕ್ಲೆನ ಪೋಷಕೆರ್ನೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸಭೆ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿದ ಸಭೆ ಮಲ್ಪೊಡು ಪಂದ್ ಪಂತೆರ್.

Bengaluru: Child right commission recommends resuming classes, exam-free year

Bengaluru, Oct 10: Karnataka State Child Rights Protection Commission has recommended to the government to take a decision to open schools, declare 2020-21 as exam-free year, and mandatorily provide high quality face masks to all the children.
“In the light of the COVID situation, classes should be handled in a good way, keeping in mind health requirements of the children. During the exam-free year, the state education research and training department should prepare the class-wise learning routine for different classes. Initially, higher or lower primary government schools with less than 30 children should be opened. For the initial two weeks, they should function half a day. Schools with higher student strength should be run on a shift system,” it has recommended.The commissioner has expressed the apprehension that if no decision is taken to reopen the schools, the evils of child marriage, child labour system, and child trafficking may crop up. It said that the schools should arrange for preliminary meetings with parents and school development and monitoring committees.
