Gaggara Seva offered at at Sri Kadalappe Lakshmi Mantradevate Koragajja Sanidya:
Mumbai: Gaggara Seva was offered on July 3rd at Virar East , Sri Kadalappe Lakshmi Mantradevate Koragajja Sanidya.
The rituals were conducted under the guidance of Janardan the Dharmadarshi of Kuppepadav Kalladi Koragajja Kshetra and the lead by Prashant Shetty who is the chief of this Kshetra.
Many devotees from far and near came and took part in the ceremony .
The chief guests include Praveen Shetty joint executive president of Bantara Sangha Vasai, Uma Satish Shetty of Tulukoota foundation, Ganesh Suvarna of Billava association,Virar, Jaya Ashok Shetty of Bantara Sangha Vasai, Vasant Shetty from Saniswar Pooja Samiti and others participated.
Kola seva was also offered in which thousands of devotees participated and took blessings of the divine.
Story of the Daivastana:
The story goes that Mother Mantradevate appeared in the dream of the chief of this Daivastana and said that that she would apper in the form of a stone by the sea shore and he was instructed to build a ‘Stana’ for the holy spirit and conduct rituals for the same.The spirit would bless devotees who seek her .
As in the dream Prashant Shetty spyed upon a strange stone by the seaside.He brought it home consulted astrologers and preists who asserted that the stone had divine power and should be installed in a special place for prayer and rituals. Prashant Shetty did as instructed and build a Daivastana for Mantradevate and today thousands visit the shrine for prayer and blessings.
